It is rare that you meet someone who instantly you can trust. I had several quotes for my flat and for my budget was offered a rubbish carpet that would have made me unhappy. When I met the John (the carpeter), he provided me with a selection of carpets and explained the benefits and pitfalls of each carpet. He took his time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. In the end I chose a carpet that was gorgeous and is so comfortable when walking on it is amazing!! John fitted the carpet when I asked him to and delivered an outstanding and professional service. When it was all over, he gave me a brilliant rate to move my belongings and even helped carry them up. My advice is simple: don't go to the rip off firms!
